About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Compliance Legal Team. This role is a key part of our organization's efforts to ensure that our insurance products and services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments of insurance policies, procedures, and practices to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Analyze risks, controls, and data patterns using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to increase testing efficiency and volume.
  • Prepare detailed reports of compliance risks, issues, and gaps, evaluating their impact on the organization and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to support strategic initiatives, resolve compliance inquiries or investigations, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Examine business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for redesigning activities or optimizing process performance, quality, and speed.
  • Stay up-to-date on new laws, regulations, and industry standards, disseminating relevant updates to stakeholders and working with teams to address compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
