As a key member of our team, the Advisor Transitions Specialist will play a vital role in supporting business growth. This position requires an individual with excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Manage all aspects of the complex process of transitioning a wealth management advisor.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, high-quality transition support.
- Support account opening and transfer of client investment accounts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Field inquiries related to transition and broker dealer onboarding.
This position demands a deep understanding of account opening and transfers, as well as strong technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in broker-dealer operations or service, coupled with strong leadership and analytical skills.
