We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Laboratory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for delivering services operation across wellsite in Brazil.
- Capable of operating laboratory equipment, monitoring and recording service progression and material usage at the job site.
- Works closely with clients and other personnel while effectively delivering cementing services and stimulation.
- Coordinates with employees on site while performing the job and assures compliance with customer and safety requirements.
- Ensures adherence to all Baker Hughes safety and operations policies and standard practices.
- Monitors and documents maintenance on equipment or reports status to prevent unnecessary downtime.
- Verifies laboratory data with internal customers and provides recommendations.
- Maintains an open and business-like relationship with company representatives.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A technical degree in a related field.
- Regular situation with the CFT or CRQ.
- Extensive experience in laboratory operation, direct working experience in Oil & Gas is preferable.
- An analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
- Experience motivating teams.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese and excellent communication skills.
