Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in the Pressure Pumping department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, consulting with customers, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Position Baker Hughes technology and identify the best technical and commercial solution
  • Work closely with regional sales, account sales, and commercial proposal staff to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Handle complex sales processes requiring involvement of multiple stakeholders both at the client side and internally
  • Manage important clients for a product line

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Solid experience in Technical Sales
  • Solid experience in Pressure Pumping
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish desired)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects, document, plan, market, and execute programs
