Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering services across various well sites in Brazil.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance to Field Specialists, operating Baker Hughes equipment, monitoring and recording service progression and material usage at the job site, working closely with clients and other Baker Hughes personnel, and coordinating with employees on site to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

You will also be responsible for assuring that all Baker Hughes safety and operations policies and standard practices are adhered to, monitoring and documenting maintenance on equipment, reporting status to prevent unnecessary downtime, and conferring with customers and Baker Hughes personnel to verify well data and offer recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Techincal degree in a related field
  • Regular situation with the CFT or CREA
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
  • Experience motivating teams
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, excellent communication skills
