Outbound Operations Manager

The Outbound Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving efficiency and excellence across the Sort Center's operations, people development, and strategic initiatives.
This leadership position oversees all aspects of operations and functions at the site, ensuring seamless integration with various teams including Delivery Stations, Fulfillment Centers, Safety, Loss Prevention, and Middle Mile units.
The Outbound Manager plays a critical role in fostering positive employee relations, developing leadership talent within the Sort Center, and promoting effective stakeholder management across departments and shifts.
- Drive quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and align with business objectives.
- Ensure overall safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in Inbound, Processing, or Outbound operations by setting clear expectations, measuring performance, and providing constructive feedback.
- Leverage Operations and Area Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions that drive results.
- Collaborate with support staff to secure resources for projects and initiatives, sharing best practices across departments and shifts.
