As an Executive Leader for Top Accounts, you will be accountable for leading and managing a portfolio of high-value customers. Your primary goal is to drive exceptional support on these accounts, focusing on strategic growth initiatives, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for Top accounts in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with account managers to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key customer metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Review account manager performance to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Define business targets for Top accounts in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Act and track reduction of losses through data-driven decision making.
  • Deploy innovative solutions to integrate our product portfolio and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage fleet operations for Top Accounts, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure selected projects are aligned with stakeholders and have necessary business case validation.
  • Lead a high-performing team through selection processes, effective performance management, retention actions, and pipeline identification for critical positions.
