Lead Credit Risk Professional

This leadership position is responsible for driving the credit function, aligning business growth with risk management strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and develop a high-performing credit team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering technical growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales as a business partner, supporting revenue generation while mitigating financial risks.
  • Analyze and approve credit limits based on customer profiles, financials, and market data.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the credit portfolio, reassessing limits and exposures in line with customer behavior and sales planning.
  • Implement seasonal and strategic credit projects aligned with billing and commercial forecasts.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis, risk management, and financial statement review.
  • Strong knowledge of financial indicators, credit decision models, and risk frameworks.
  • Previous experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.

Preferred Skills And Experiences:
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Risk Management, or related areas.
  • Experience managing FIDC structures or similar credit investment instruments.
  • Experience with credit fintechs integrated into billing processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
