Remote Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing information on and engaging potential capital providers for our commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage firm.

  • You will be responsible for conducting targeted research across multiple channels to uncover lender and investor criteria, and then reaching out by phone to qualify their interest in active opportunities.
  • This includes implementing deal-specific outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture them toward further discussions.

The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and adept at gathering and analyzing information online while confidently engaging prospects over the phone.

Responsibilities:
  • Outreach and Engagement: Implement deal specific outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture them toward further discussions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team.
  • Phone-Based Research: Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria.
  • Web-Based Research: Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Database Research: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities and database updates.

The role requires strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls. You should be comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.

A successful candidate will have experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related role. A background in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage is preferred.
