Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account plans for global, regional, or category customers. They will also lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, payment terms, savings agreements), build multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders, and monitor KPIs to ensure commercial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical industries.
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of financial concepts (pricing, margin, forecasting).
  • Knowledge of product development, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Olfactive skills or expertise in skincare and biochemistry (where applicable).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
