Pricing and Deal Desk Senior Analyst


This role is a key position within our Pricing & Deal Desk team, where you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and strategic negotiations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing pricing models, analyzing market trends, and providing essential support to various departments and teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic, analytical, and creative approaches for revenue generation aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to refine product pricing models, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, providing analytical support, insights, and data-driven decisions to enhance profitability in negotiations.
  • Design and implement price management processes, considering strategic and day-to-day operational aspects, governance, and business rules.
  • Monitor product development, proposing price optimizations to maximize performance.
  • Lead projects related to new pricing models for the company's key revenue streams.
  • Apply knowledge of the platform architecture to pricing strategies, revenue metrics, and negotiation, combined with pricing optimization initiatives to refine product pricing models for competitiveness and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Analytical and systemic thinking.
  • Interest and ease to learn new tools and concepts.
  • Strong organization and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
