Pricing and Deal Desk Senior Analyst at VTEX — Join to apply for the role. As part of the Pricing & Deal Desk team, you will help optimize pricing models and play a crucial role in strategic negotiations. You will provide essential support globally to various departments and teams, combining organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily tasks and projects.
Responsibilities- Strategic Thinking: Develop strategic, analytical, and creative approaches for revenue generation aligned with VTEX objectives.
- Pricing Optimization: Conduct analyses to refine VTEX product pricing models, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Commercial Support: Collaborate with commercial teams, providing analytical support, insights, and data-driven decisions to enhance profitability in negotiations.
- Price Management: Design and implement price management processes, considering strategic and day-to-day operational aspects, governance and business rules.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product development, proposing price optimizations to maximize performance.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects related to new pricing models for the company's key revenue streams.
- Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of the VTEX platform architecture to pricing strategies, revenue metrics, and negotiation, combined with pricing optimization initiatives to refine VTEX product pricing models for competitiveness and profitability.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Analytical and systemic thinking.
- Interest and ease to learn new tools and concepts.
- Strong organization and self-motivation.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field.
