Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Analyst, supporting the smooth operation of our 24/7 global service. As a key member of our planning team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient short-term scheduling, real-time monitoring, and maintaining coverage.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in workforce planning or scheduling. You should be proficient in Excel, with a clear understanding of data reporting and analysis. Additionally, excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update staff schedules in Genesys, including shift swaps, time off, and absenteeism
  • Allocate job volumes to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) and response time targets
  • Monitor real-time demand, queue health, schedule adherence, and team availability
  • Report daily and weekly metrics related to resourcing, demand, and operational health
  • Coordinate coverage for last-minute absences and manage overtime planning
  • Assist in keeping stakeholders informed about forecasted changes in volume and resourcing needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or real-time analytics
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with schedules, reports, and data
  • Clear communicator with a structured, analytical mindset
  • Eagerness to learn WFP tools like Genesys and Snowflake
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
