We are seeking a results-driven professional to take ownership of our Sales and Marketing operations.
This role involves bringing structure, clarity, and consistent execution to two high-impact teams. As a key hire, you will be working with a global team and have the opportunity to contribute to our success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Help generate revenue growth by optimising processes, driving accountability, and ensuring every lead and campaign is managed with precision.
- Oversee and improve Sales team performance, tackling underperformance head-on and implementing corrective action plans when off track.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot data, ensuring reports are accurate and KPIs crystal clear.
- Align organic marketing with paid media buying for maximum impact and own budget management, tracking ROI on every campaign.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience managing Sales & Marketing projects (or cross-department operations).
- Deep CRM knowledge (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills.
- Strong data analysis ability — spot trends and act fast.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- 100% Remote Work – work from anywhere.

- Core Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (3 hours/day flexible).
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) – Immediate start available.
