Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team at Stenon GmbH. As a key member of our Brazilian subsidiary, you will be responsible for supporting our partners with field demonstrations, providing technical and sales training, offering customer support in the field, and delivering agricultural technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market development strategies to drive growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate with our partners to deliver field demonstrations, product onboarding, and technical training.
  • Extract and report product feedback from customer visits to inform product development and improvement.
  • Support regional logistics and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and increase customer success through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Build strong professional relationships with our current and potential clients.
  • Maintain a good image of the organization at all times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in agronomy or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in Portuguese and English.
  • 2 years of experience working in a customer service role.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector in Brazil (Mato Grosso).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian agriculture and willingness to learn.
  • CRM experience (nice to have).
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service alongside our Customer Service Manager, as well as our partners.
  • Good personal organization and management skills.
  • Sensitivity to different cultural norms (EU and Latin American cultures).
