Job Title: Reliability Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure and operations group, you will be responsible for creating scalable and highly reliable software systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in monitoring tools, automated tasks, and release management tooling. They will also have experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and AKS.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize software tools and automated tasks for continuous monitoring and reliability of applications;
  • Act swiftly in response to emergency situations impacting system reliability in production environments;
  • Oversee and streamline change management processes to enhance system performance and reliability;
  • Work closely with development teams throughout the software lifecycle;
  • Focus on the reliability and scalability of systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools like Azure Monitoring, App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana;
  • Experience in incident alert tools (PageDuty, Opsgenie), and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AKS;
  • Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Pulumi);
  • Release management tooling (ArgoCD, Harness, Octopus);
  • Strong understanding of system performance and reliability principles.
