Principal Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of monitoring and observability tools, such as Grafana and Dynatrace, and a keen interest in ensuring system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Grafana and Dynatrace.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents in real-time, minimizing impact on end users.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance and capacity analyses to predict and mitigate issues before they affect production.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices and improve system reliability.
- Create and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation on SRE processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience with Grafana and Dynatrace: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience using these tools for system monitoring and analysis.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Skill Set:
- Programming Languages: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Operating Systems: Knowledge in Linux/Unix system administration.
- Networking and Security: Basic understanding of networking and security practices.
