Job Summary

A seasoned leader is required to spearhead demand planning efforts across various regions. This role involves overseeing a team of experts who integrate insights from sales, marketing, finance, and other departments.

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Commercial, Supply, and Finance teams, driving demand planning within the SIOP process.

  • Develops accurate demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons.
  • Leads a team responsible for reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, reviewing statistical forecast models, integrating market data, and evaluating forecast results.
  • Coordinates cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model.
  • Utilizes a collaborative approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business, or related field.
  • Solid experience in supply chain demand planning.
  • Forecasting and analytical expertise.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic and scenario planning abilities.
  • Utilization of advanced planning systems.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
Key Skills
  • ERP and Supply Chain planning systems functionality.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement processes like lean and Six Sigma.
  • Industry trends and innovative solutions.
