Wellness Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Wellness Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our wellness membership program. This role involves coordinating live class schedules, communicating with instructors, providing client support, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, administration coordination, virtual event management, or community support. They will be comfortable using digital scheduling tools, Zoom, and Google Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Coordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedules.
  • Communicate with wellness instructors to confirm availability and gather class details.
  • Provide basic support to clients and instructors, including tech check-ins and live session support.
  • Assist with monitoring class attendance and flagging any issues or trends.
  • Help gather and organize feedback from members to improve class offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote upcoming classes.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, admin coordination, virtual event management, or community support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, Zoom, and Google Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
