Campaign Manager Job Opportunity

A skilled and ambitious Campaign Manager is required to oversee the successful implementation, management, and tracking of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of campaign management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, and Braze.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the campaign setup, management, deployment, and tracking on campaign management platforms.
  • Design and implement complex multi-channel journeys that include dynamic content and trigger-based deployment.
  • Monitor deployments & deliverability, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Confirm technical feasibility of desired new marketing programs/features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Work with the Marketing Sciences team to set up and track campaigns.
  • Communicate results, deliverables, and statuses of programs and initiatives to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive implementation process excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in campaign management marketing operations role.
  • Proficient experience with providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, or Braze.
  • Strong analytical skills, reporting skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, and email marketing best practices.
