Job Overview:

The role of a Junior Technical Account Manager involves monitoring merchant performance and providing an exceptional experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily merchant requests and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Analyze data charts and spreadsheets to identify trends and issues.
  • Present performance insights and issue resolutions to merchants.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical skills to read and understand data.
  • Advanced English language skills for effective communication.
  • Data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and organization skills.

  • Experience with SQL and Queries.
  • Knowledge of the payments market.
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
