We are looking for a professional with broad knowledge of human resources processes. As Talent Consultant, you will partner with diverse teams to provide people-driven services. The goal is to develop leaders who support building a better working world. You will have opportunities to influence change initiatives and contribute to the development of programs and people.
">Talent has seen significant investment and growth in our people. This role provides high-level consultation to the firm while leading change initiatives around HR programs and processes. You will be responsible for strategic consultation that allows business leaders to drive results. As trusted advisor, you will be part of the leadership team, translating business strategy into talent solutions.
">You will be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management, and career development. You will serve as frontline support to customer groups and provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives. You will address and resolve employee inquiries and provide guidance to business leaders.
">You may also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members. To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You should have seven-plus years of experience with working knowledge of US Labor Law. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Strong command of English Language (written and oral) is also essential.
">Cross-border working knowledge and financial services knowledge are highly desirable. Ideally, you will have a master's degree supported by Society for Human Resource Management certification. Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment is also preferred.
">We are interested in influencers with extensive knowledge of HR processes. You will need to be comfortable questioning ideas, processes, and senior colleagues. If you have a genuine passion for talent management and confidence to take on new responsibilities proactively, this role is for you.
