Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and statistical analysis.

About the Role:
  • This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with developers from multiple areas and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop solutions that apply AI systems and software engineering to address business problems.
  2. Partner with professionals from Data Science and Data Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges.
  3. Implement and optimize applied AI components to meet project needs.
  4. Navigate and manipulate generative AI models to create prompts and solutions tailored to specific use cases.
  5. Develop and incorporate AI solutions while adhering to industry best practices.
  6. Understand and properly apply Responsible AI concepts in all stages of the solution.
  7. Lead the charge in designing, measuring, and evaluating AI model outputs.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in applied AI with a foundation in machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the trade-offs between various generative AI models and ability to choose the right model for specific use cases.
  • Experience with data embeddings and vector databases.
  • Proficient in the Python language and understands the trade-offs between multiple frameworks and patterns.
  • Familiarity with testing and evaluating AI systems using state-of-the-art methods and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience deploying software on leading cloud platforms and utilizing AI tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside developers from multiple different areas.
