We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Risk Management Lead. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining operational excellence, and driving accountability on activities.
This role will be part of the Global Services team in the Compliance process area. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of finance processes and controls, as well as strong analytical and risk management skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management and reporting, due diligence reviews, remediation & corrective action planning, user access management, and other compliance support to Finance/Accounting.
Main responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines
- Maintain Operational Excellence
- Talent Management
- Be a Trusted Business Partner
The Risk Management Lead will work closely with various business partners, including senior leaders across the organization, and will be the first level escalation for compliance professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success.
