About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and acquisition of Amazon Music services in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and engagement.
  2. Channel Performance Management: Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling insights and learnings.
  3. Campaign Execution: Execute campaigns across marketing channels, testing and iterating to optimize creative and targeting.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies and tactics for promotional growth programs for Amazon Music in Latin America.
  5. Metrics and Analysis: Own key metrics, identify opportunities for testing new channels and improving existing ones.
  6. Creative Development: Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing assets.
  7. User Acquisition: Identify new user acquisition opportunities in marketing channels based on data and analytical insight.
  8. Global Collaboration: Work with global teams to inform our marketing strategies in Latin America, accelerate growth through experiments.
  9. Data Analysis: Efficiently generate insights gathering, analyzing data, reporting and creating hypothesis and designing valid tests.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
  • Experience using data visualization tools
