Job Description:
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Partner Support team as a Principal. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global initiatives and serving regional priorities.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and leading cross-Luminate initiatives, collaborating with regional teams, contributing to the visioning and strategic planning of the Partner Support team, and providing direct advising and support to partners. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison for several teams at Luminate, stay informed of their priorities and strategic plans, coordinate closely with their Partner Support lead, and conduct regular workshops on reflection and planning of our regional teams' partner support initiatives.
In your capacity as Principal, Partner Support, you will be responsible for working closely with several Luminate regional, funding, and programmatic teams. Activities will include responding to queries that come through our Help Desk Service, developing and streamlining processes, organizing global events, administering top-up grants, and designing capacity-strengthening programs for colleagues and partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for social change work, a background in advising, consulting, and/or capacity strengthening related to organizational development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
