**Job Description**:
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.
** Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**:
- Responsável pela supervisão diária dos agentes de atendimento;
- Garantir que as metas e métricas de desempenho sejam alcançadas;
- Análise de relatórios de indicadores;
- Desenvolver ações para melhoria dos indicadores;
- Conduzir reuniões de equipe;
- Promover os valores da Concentrix por meio de comportamentos e atitudes.
