**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Social Media Team Leader or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences (Specially sports).
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads certification) are a plus.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to measure the success of social media campaigns.
**Content Creation**:
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and infographics.
**Campaign Management**:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target demographics and achieve specific objectives.
- Utilize targeting options and analytics tools to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports detailing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Stay Updated**:
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Experiment with new features and tools offered by social media platforms to enhance the brand's online presence.
**Leadership**:
- Guide the team towards deliveries in different areas, with quality and focus on the company's strategies and objectives.
