Medical Scientist Associate Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Scientist Associate to join our team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, thought leaders, and other stakeholders in the hematology/oncology field.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong scientific knowledge and expertise in hematology/oncology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, disease experts, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Additionally, they will provide clinical/scientific presentations to internal and external groups, and engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange of complex clinical and scientific information.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain ongoing collaborative relationships with healthcare providers (including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals) within assigned territory.
  2. Provide clinical input and training to internal functions as requested.
  3. Support content development and delivery of clinical presentations at Advisory Boards, as needed.
  4. Maintain up-to-date clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in hematology/oncology and relevant therapeutic areas.
  5. Represent the company and Medical Affairs during exchanges with the medical and scientific community.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications and tools.
