Senior Director, Project Management - Infectious Diseases

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Project Delivery team in the oversight of infectious disease projects. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of global/regional/national regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of operational excellence, developing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful financial portfolio management.
  • Providing drug development process, strategy, and planning consulting with BioPharma, Biotech, Government, and VC partnerships to optimally position Infectious Disease capabilities.
  • Maintaining an understanding of current and future infectious disease market trends that may impact business growth and operational delivery strategies.
  • Serving as a senior leadership contact for clients, maintaining strategic relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of management responsibility.
  • Advanced leadership skills.
  • Broad understanding of the infectious disease landscape.
