Lead Volunteer Programs Manager

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement strategic volunteering initiatives that drive engagement across multiple regions.
  • Develop localized solutions that meet unique community needs and align with the organization's global volunteering vision.
  • Nurture relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and prioritize product vision and goals.
  • Champion the adoption of volunteer programs and explore new approaches to expand reach and impact.
  • Establish a regular cadence of customer engagement to gather insights, launch initiatives, and guide effective program implementation.
  • Manage a regional roadmap that prioritizes high-impact improvements and features, using data and customer feedback to inform decisions.
