The purpose of this role is to provide information and support to reduce electricity consumption and advance other project activities through home visits.
This involves providing tips for conscious energy use, addressing customer demands or guiding them to solutions, applying socioeconomic questionnaires via online systems, registering clients for the Social Tariff for Electricity, referring clients to other Energy Efficiency projects, identifying potential institutions for further Energy Efficiency initiatives, identifying community leaders and reporting internally, managing delivery and control of services performed by the team, replacing lamps as needed, and promoting projects through external activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to provide information on reducing electricity consumption.
- Provide tips for conscious energy use directly reducing energy waste.
- Address customer demands or guide them to solutions.
- Apply socioeconomic questionnaires via online systems.
- Register clients for the Social Tariff for Electricity.
- Refer clients to other Energy Efficiency projects.
- Identify potential institutions for other Energy Efficiency activities.
- Identify community leaders and report internally.
- Manage delivery and control of services performed by the team.
- Replace lamps as needed.
- Promote projects through external activities and events.
As a Field Agent, you will contribute to improving living conditions in vulnerable communities while advancing sustainable development goals.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, you should be proficient in using online systems and have basic computer skills.
