Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive online environment for our users. Your primary responsibility will be to moderate the platform's live chat, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and compliant with community standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring live streams, reporting any irregularities or potential violations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety, integrity, and trust within the platform.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required qualifications include proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in iGaming or fintech, as well as proficiency with moderation tools, customer support platforms, and communication systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and moderate the platform's live chat to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
  • Prevent spam, offensive behavior, and policy violations in real time.
  • Engage with users in a professional and supportive tone, encouraging positive community interaction.
  • Respond promptly to user questions and concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 rotation).
