About the Role

The Community Engagement Specialist will identify and grow user-generated content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approach, execute community and engagement strategies, and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators.

  • Identify and grow user-generated content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approach
  • Implement community and engagement strategies, in-app campaigns, sourcing, structuring, and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators including on-site creator workshop events, networking socials, and lead the partner (creator) promotions strategy
  • Execute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTok including workshops, events, and marketing campaigns best practices, and sustainable growth in partner management program

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience, 5+ years of experience, and outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. They should be skilled in data analysis and have experience in project management, influence and celebrity management, event management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Community Growth: Identify and grow user-generated content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approach.
  2. Community Engagement: Implement community and engagement strategies, in-app campaigns, sourcing, structuring, and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention.
  3. Retention Strategies: Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators.
  4. Creator Programs: Execute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTok.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience
  • 5+ Years of Experience
  • Outstanding Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Data Analysis Skills
  • Experience in Project Management, Influence and Celebrity Management, Event Management, and Stakeholder Management
