About Our Team Member

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Community Associate.

As a member of our team, you will be the face of our business and the first point of contact for our customers. You will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries to create and maintain a thriving community within your center.

Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all administrative and support needs are met so that customers can focus on running their business.

  • Manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service.
  • Build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs.
  • Take ownership of problems and find ways to solve them.
  • Be positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-changing situations.
  • Use MS Office and other basic IT equipment confidently.
  • Have B1 or higher level of English communication skills.

A typical day at IWG would involve assisting customers with various requests, handling incoming calls, and taking care of customer invoices. You would also have the opportunity to sit down with the Community Manager to discuss upcoming events, plan networking activities, and promote our center to potential customers.
