We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team.

  • Planned and organized online and offline activities tailored to local culture to drive user participation and content creation.
  • Managed user feedback, promptly addressing community issues to improve user satisfaction.

Fans Community Management:

  • Identified and recruited Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and Key Opinion Sales (KOSs), leveraging their influence to promote our brand.
  • Leveraged User-Generated Content (UGC) and Profession-generated content (PGC) content to enhance brand reputation and increase social media reach.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Regularly analyzed user and community data, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to optimize operational strategies.
  • Prepared monthly user and community reports, providing insights for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, user operations, or gaming community management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, user behavior, and gaming communities in the local market.
