We are seeking an accomplished Community Growth Manager to lead our digital presence across various platforms, driving engagement and brand growth through effective social media strategies.
This role requires a forward-thinking professional with attention to trends, strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability in fast-paced digital environments.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience as a social media manager, sport journalist, or content creator, with solid knowledge of football and the sports media landscape.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Kwai, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality, engaging video and visual content tailored for each platform.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions in real time.
- Track performance, analyze trends, and provide reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Proven track record of success in community management or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
