Job Title: Senior Team Leader

Job Description:

Amazon is looking for a skilled and experienced leader to manage a team of professionals. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and leading your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Brand Specialists to deliver impact to vendors through strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve vendor satisfaction and productivity.
  • Work closely with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders to understand vendor needs and define goals and targets.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key metrics to drive quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with the BR SVS Central team to drive adoption of tools and processes and enhance team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in retail or fashion and consumer goods industries or consulting.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Business proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
  • People management skills.
