The Payroll Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across multiple countries and vendors. This position involves stabilizing and scaling our payroll operations, working with modern HR and finance tools, and collaborating with HR, Accounting, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple entities ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and external payroll vendors to gather, review, and validate payroll data.
- Support payroll reconciliations and prepare documentation for audits and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline payroll operations.
- Respond to employee questions on payroll with clarity and empathy.

- Proven experience in multi-entity/global payroll processing.

- Ownership mentality – takes initiative, drives tasks to completion, and demonstrates accountability.
- Adaptability and strong cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, Accounting, Finance, and vendors.
- Commitment to compliance and process excellence.

- Annual Total Target Cash spans from $90,900.00 to $149,900.00 in the United States.
- In Germany, the range is €58,700.00 to €97,100.00.
- In the United Kingdom, it's £57,100.00 to £93,800.00.
- For Singapore, the range is S$112,800.00 to S$169,200.00.
