Payroll Analyst Role

This payroll analyst position plays a vital role in the efficient operation of processing payroll. Responsibilities include timely entry of payroll and related data, accurate payroll processing, compilation of statistics, and completion of reporting requests.

Key duties involve reviewing and processing payroll-related tickets, ensuring accuracy and obtaining necessary approvals. Additionally, creating EIB files for upload into the Workday system, conducting audits of payroll data, and maintaining payroll operations are essential tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of multi-state payroll processing experience, high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis. Experience with payroll software like ADP, Oracle, Workday, Ceridian, etc., is also highly desirable.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Multi-state payroll processing experience in a large-scale customer-facing organization
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet analysis experience mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software (ADP, Oracle, Workday, Ceridian)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
