Executive Director of Financial Operations

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial operations, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Develop and standardize company-wide financial policies, controls, and best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to align financial goals with operational plans and drive informed decision-making across the organization.
- Design and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, goal setting, and performance management.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external financial reporting packages, including board-level presentations.
- Oversee month-end close, operational reporting, audit preparation, and budget/forecast support.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including prior leadership in a VP-level role.
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
This executive-level role is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient transactional processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and driving performance through metrics and team leadership.
