IT Operations Professional Job Description

The role of IT Operations Prof Junior is to play a key part in the Digital Transformation of our company, developing and supporting main initiatives within the Integrated Business Services department.

As an IT Operations Prof Junior, your focus will be on aligning the architecture with the rest of the team and other IT areas, establishing strong partnerships with diverse product owners, supporting internal customers and development teams, and implementing new solutions.

  • Implement secure cloud solutions for a broad range of customers
  • Support technical expertise in the areas of Azure and other Microsoft solutions
  • Partner with other architects, developers, and engineers to facilitate the deployment of cloud services, automation, and continuous delivery pipelines
  • Demonstrate ability to work within an Agile project delivery methodology
  • Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and process changes regularly

What We Expect from YouEducation

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Azure certifications will be considered an asset.

Languages

Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Work Experience

Experience with configuration and deployment within the Microsoft Azure/Dynamics platform is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless, as well as Microsoft tools and platforms like Active Directory, System Center, Power BI, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, etc., is highly valued.

Ability to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform debugging is also crucial. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc., and experience with data storage technologies: Oracle database, SQL Server database, and NoSQL databases will be considered assets.
