Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, executing tactical sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on the national territory of Brazil, working closely with our channel partners, end-users, consultants, and contractors to provide expert advice on our products and their performance.

You will also be responsible for gathering market information, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to support business growth and strategy.

In addition, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our channel partners, end-users, and colleagues in the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential to use Grundfos products and services
  • Execute tactical sales plans aligned with overall sales strategy
  • Provide expert advice to customers on products and their performance
  • Gather market information and analyze data to support business growth and strategy
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance knowledge and skills of channel partners, end-users, and sales team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Process, or Chemical Engineering—or a related field
  • English proficiency required in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Spanish proficiency preferred but not mandatory
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial sales
  • Proven track record as a Sales Engineer with experience managing a distribution network
