Optimizing Tax Position

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct and indirect taxes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden.
- The Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc.
- They will also monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.
In addition, the Tax Manager will manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
The successful candidate will have experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning, as well as knowledge of Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning;
- Knowledge in Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders.
