About our Tax Management Team:

We focus on ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, optimizing our financial position. Our team handles tax planning, reporting, and risk management, working closely with other departments to drive efficiency.

The Role:

  1. Manage direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning to ensure adherence to current legislation and minimize the tax burden.
  2. Prepare and submit all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc., in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Monitor tax compliance processes and collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to meet tax obligations.
  4. Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
  5. Analyze changes in tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law; advanced degree or certification in taxation preferred.
  2. Significant experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning.
  3. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits.
  4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must communicate effectively with global teams.
