Are you an experienced financial professional?

We're looking for Chief Financial Officer to:


• be accountable for the financial reporting for the legal entity based upon the receipt of controlled and explained data and accounting on both a daily and monthly basis. This includes reporting to internal stakeholders and external regulatory and supervisory bodies (e.g., Local Boards, Central Bank, FINMA, SNB)

• monitor compliance with limits and thresholds and support the organization in managing these aspects

• work with external auditors to provide assurance and sign-off on the products delivered from the legal entity (Audited financial statements, S166 Audits, etc.)

• deliver additional, entity-aligned information and reporting that occurs over longer periods (ICAAP, Recovery and resolution, planning process) to both internal and external stakeholders

• represent the interests and results of the entity at governance fora, including governance fora with the business, legal entity board meetings, risk meetings, and meetings with external regulators and supervisors

• support a range of information requests, inquiries, what-if scenarios, and stress testing to assist in managing the legal entity

• accountable for compliance with tax matters, tax calculations, and payments

• develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to communicate the company's financial health and future prospects to controlling shareholders
