Job Title: Chief Financial Aid Officer
Overview:The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Office of Financial Aid, ensuring the effective administration of all institutional, federal, state, local, and private financial aid and scholarship programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the University's chief administrator for Title IV, Title VII, and Institutional Aid.
- Monitor and analyze federal regulations to guide and coordinate necessary financial aid policy, system, and procedural changes.
- Collaborate with the Vice President for Enrollment Management to develop annual financial aid budgets, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for leveraging institutional aid programs to support enrollment, net tuition revenue, and compliance with budgetary needs.
- Demonstrated success working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Committed to providing quality assistance to a socio-economically diverse student population.
- Expert knowledge of financial aid program legislation and internal and external reporting requirements.
