The Financial Aid Counselor provides exceptional guidance to financial aid applicants and their families throughout the financial aid application process.
- Provides advising throughout the financial aid process to prospective, new and current students and their families.
- Reviews incoming financial aid applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility.
- Exercises independent judgment in managing operational details of the financial aid process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience in financial aid or a related area.
- Proficiency in technology and systems used to determine student eligibility and originate a financial aid award.
