Job Description

A seasoned finance leader drives strategic growth by implementing scalable financial systems and models.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Development: Design and deploy robust financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
  • Accurate Financial Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate monthly financials, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow within a standardized close process.
  • Cash Forecasting and Management: Maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast and optimize liquidity through proactive cash management strategies.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting Leadership: Lead company-wide forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure cross-functional accountability and strategic alignment.
  • Automated Financial Systems: Develop and improve automated financial systems and workflows to support business growth, including expense management, travel, and purchasing.
  • EBITDA Improvement: Partner with leaders to drive EBITDA improvements; deliver monthly EBITDA analyses and implement cost-saving or margin-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic growth and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to design and deploy robust financial systems and models to support business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with automated financial systems and workflows, with the ability to develop and improve them to support business needs.
