Lead Developer Role

As a strategic technical leader, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery teams. This role requires a balanced mindset to collaborate and negotiate with clients, bringing a technical vision to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic and tactical approach, working closely with clients and teammates. We strive for excellence in delivering best-in-class solutions that exceed client expectations.

Lead Developers guide and coach their teams in implementation and application, adopting best practices like TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.

  • Champion clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
  • Oversight of software consulting and delivery from ideation to evolution in production.
  • Apply continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers.
  • Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients' problems within constraints.
  • Collaborate with teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes.
  • Apply the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.
  • Efficiently utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software.
  • Cultivate growth and development by encouraging feedback and fostering an inclusive team culture.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), and platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.
  • Understanding of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

  • Experience influencing others and advocating for technical excellence.
  • Able to bridge product and technology by translating business needs to software requirements.
  • Develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value.
  • Act as a mentor for less experienced peers through technical knowledge and inspiring a team to deliver impact.
